Banquet Sponsor – $5,500
Banquet sponsors receive two tickets to the Cooperative Hall of Fame Reception and Dinner and Induction Ceremony, prominent signage at the front of the stage, written acknowledgment in the souvenir program, verbal recognition from the podium during the banquet, recognition and site link on CDF.coop and Heroes.coop, and written acknowledgment in the Cooperative Development Foundation’s annual report.
Reception Sponsor – $4,000
Reception sponsors receive two tickets to the Cooperative Hall of Fame Reception and Dinner and Induction Ceremony, prominent signage at the reception, written acknowledgment in the souvenir program, recognition and site link on CDF.coop and Heroes.coop, and written acknowledgment in the Cooperative Development Foundation’s annual report.
Table of 10 – $3,600
Sponsors of a 10-person table receive 10 invitations to the Cooperative Hall of Fame Reception, a table of 10 at the Dinner and Induction Ceremony, written acknowledgment in the souvenir program and the Cooperative Development Foundation’s annual report. A table of 10 guarantees that CDF will leave your table untouched in the event of a sell-out crowd. Please send names and dietary restrictions of your table guests to tbuen@cdf.coop.
Table of 8 – $3,000
Sponsors of an 8-person table receive 8 invitations to the Cooperative Hall of Fame Reception, a table of 8 at the Dinner and Induction Ceremony, written acknowledgment in the souvenir program and the Cooperative Development Foundation’s annual report. In the event that the ceremony reaches capacity, CDF reserves the right to expand tables of 8 into tables of 10 at their discretion. Please send names and dietary restrictions of your table guests to tbuen@cdf.coop. Tables of 8 will be located in the balcony and are in very limited supply (first come, first serve)
Congratulatory Sponsor – $1,250
Congratulatory sponsors receive a listing in the Cooperative Hall of Fame souvenir program congratulating an inductee(s) on their accomplishments. After making your purchase please submit a 40 word message and high quality logo (black if possible) to tbuen@cdf.coop.
Tickets and Friends Of Ads
Tickets – $275
Tickets allow for entry into the Reception and Dinner portions of the ceremony. CDF will try to accommodate ticket purchasers who wish to be at specific tables as best they can.
Friends Of Ad – Minimum $25 per listing
This option allows you to list your name in the Cooperative Hall of Fame souvenir program congratulating an inductee(s) on their accomplishments. This option is for individuals ONLY. Organizations looking to purchase a listing must purchase a Congratulatory Sponsorship.
